Need Motivation?

I found these on Pinterest this morning.


After indulging a little too much on the 4th of July, I slacked on my workouts.  While I did a 45-minute interval workout on the treadmill yesterday, I didn’t do any of the P90X videos.  So I’ve got 2 to do today to catch up.  Kenpo X and Legs and Back, and Ab Ripper.  Which means I’ll be working out for at least 2 hours today.


So I’m in need of a little motivation to get started.  I know how good it will feel when I’m done.


Will you make your workout a priority today or will the excuses win out??
